Returns

We are sure you will love The BEE Fit Brand as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit (excluding shipping) with no expiry date.

Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;

• The item is unworn, in brand new condition with original packaging.
• The item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery date.
• The item was not purchased in a sale.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days processing time for our team to contact you.
• The item must be returned by the original purchaser, with proof of purchase from www.thebeefitbrand.com. directly.  
• Sale items, promotional items and free gifts unless faulty are not eligible for return.
• We do not offer direct exchanges.
• All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

AFTERPAY RETURNS:

If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above, once a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue.

RETURNS:

To start the process, simply download the returns form here and include it in the returns parcel with your product (as described above) and send back to;

We recommend using a tracking service to monitor your return, please keep proof of your return. 

Please note, we cannot add or amend discount codes on already placed orders.
